Good value, doubt it's water resistance but for $24 provides a good little kit for emergencies. Keep the batteries out of the flares inside the case (there IS room) so they don't drain, but they work fine, hard case keeps them protected and organized. Keep them in my personal vehicles, another set in my Harley trunk pack, and keep a kit in my cruiser for accident scenes. Much safer and more stable than traditional flares, I doubt they're sealed for sparks but not nearly as dangerous as traditional flares around MV fluids. Made in China, but for limited use they fill a niche for little cost.
